Another Quad-Cities based artist is raising funds for charity! This time, it is David G. Smith, sharing the CD release stage with Julie Christensen & Stone Cupid - and raising money for Alzheimer's Research.

On Saturday, April 30, David G. Smith and Julie Christensen & Stone Cupid will be celebrating co-album releases with a concert to benefit Alzheimer’s disease Research in the Redstone Room, River Music Experience, Davenport.

RME Named as a MoonShare Top 50 Non-Profit

Gatlinburg, Tenn. - In celebration of the global day of giving back, #GivingTuesday, Sugarlands Distilling Company is pleased to announce the MoonShare top 50 non-profit organizations poised to receive one of twelve $5,000 grants during the Year of Giving campaign.

Earlier this fall, Sugarlands Distilling Company launched a nationwide grant-giving campaign aiming to donate over $60k to non-profits and charitable organizations throughout 2015.

As an extension of RME On Tour outreach programming, River Music Experience will be producing a brand new program for Black Hawk Area Education Center (BHAEC) during the upcoming 2014-2015 school year.

Local band The Dawn opened for Family Groove Company at the Redstone Room on November 29th.
